Francis Jackson Homes is an award winning family owned house builder specialising in well built traditional and contemporary homes across the South Midlands. Having successfully worked with Francis Jackson Homes for over 10 years producing digital and high-end print marketing, we have developed a strong understanding of the their business and the wider housebuilding industry.
Melon had delivered the previous Francis Jackson Homes website which had been successful in boosting house sales, and promoting the brand. However after several years the website was in need of a update which was set to coincide with a brand refresh.
Working closely with Francis Jackson Homes we identified key elements of the existing brand which could be strengthened and elevate the company as a industry leader.
We devised a new colour palette which used more neutral blues and greys, which complement colours used to promote their housing developments and ensure their brand stood out in local press, exterior signage and other advertising.
The new company branding was then applied to the website utilising fresh iconography to clearly signpost content. In addition, visually engaging photography and animated elements bring content to life, highlighting key information and engaging the user.
