Kate Morgan website launched

Kate Morgan is an artist whose passion lies in bringing a contemporary twist to natural history subjects. Kate required a new web design which would showcase her work and enable customers to order original artwork and prints.

Kate is fast becoming known for her intricate studies of wildlife, plants and landscapes using a wide variety of media - watercolour, acrylics, oils, inks and, uniquely, biro.

Melon were delighted when Kate approached us to re-design her website. We worked closely with the artist to develop a bespoke, boutique e-commerce website design which complements the artist's work. To promote on-line purchases we developed a unique, virtual art gallery where users can browse her work and view large images of the artwork.

The website provides e-commerce web design functionality allowing potential art buyers to purchase originals and limited edition prints directly from the site. An easy to use checkout process combined with PayPal integration ensured a cost-effective but reliable and effective e-commerce solution.

All content is managed using our Engine Content Management System, ensuring new artwork, prices, delivery information and availability can updated by the artist quickly and easily.
