RCI Direct v2 is the point of sale system used throughout the group of companies comprising the Renault, Nissan, Dacia and Infiniti brands for the application of car finance. The system is pivotal to providing customers a fast efficient service with immediate quotations for new and used vehicles based on their requirements and vehicle specifications.
RCI Financial Services had recognised the need to modernise the UI/UX and update the back-end systems to enable future growth and facilitate the latest needs of the dealer network.
Having approached Melon to develop initial designs the partnership developed requiring Melon to aid planning, develop design prototypes, supply front end code and integrate this with the new RCI Financial Services API.

Following initial beta trials and a phased rollout, the RCI Direct V2 web app has been successfully launched throughout the dealer network.
The system has revolutionised the ease of use, customer journey and speed at which customer specifications and immediate quotations can be delivered.
